About Us

Birth in Angus is a website dedicated to the promotion of straightforward birth, particularly within the community maternity units at Arbroath and Montrose.

The site is maintained by midwifery team leaders Chris Field (Arbroath) and Phyllis Winters (Montrose), and by Montrose service user representative Avril Nicoll.

The units pay for the web hosting and design costs through fundraising.
